The Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir will take the stage for a private performance at D’Angelico Guitars’ booth 212AB for the second year in a row.
After a successful year of launching his signature model, Weir will once again play a private showcase on the opening night of the 2018 Winter NAMM Show, on Thursday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. Playing a set of both Grateful Dead tunes and Bob Weir solo material, Weir will be inviting special guests to join him on stage — and you never know who might show up. As a sneak preview, Weir will be showcasing a prototype version of his new forthcoming signature model.
Also, available on the floor for customers to try out will be the all-new Grateful Dead Bedford, the second special edition guitar in D’Angelico’s Grateful Dead series, following the Grateful Dead DC model.
