C.F. Martin has launched a new Custom Shop Expert Dealers program and two new models that are exclusively available from these dealers. According to Martin, Custom Shop Experts Dealers are special Martin dealers trained to guide you and assist consumers through every stage of the building process. They can specifically answer questions, get quotes, report building progress, and deliver guitars. There are 35 dealers in the program, located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas; as well is in Canada, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, South Korea and the United Kingdom.
“We had a great team of people led by Kit Culpepper and Fred Greene who created the criteria and features of this program,” said Mitchell Nollman, C.F. Martin vice president of sales and customer engagement. “So far, we are thrilled with the results. We have some unique and proprietary guitars in both a D-28 and 000-28 model with a few different finish packages that have been very well received. These dealers also have exclusive features and options available only through them to help consumers create the guitar or uke of their dreams.”
These Custom Shop Expert Dealers also have the exclusive Custom Shop 000-28 1937 and Custom Shop D-28 1937 models. “Music Villa is very excited to be a part of the new Martin custom shop program. We have always loved working with the custom shop on our own models but now having the whole Martin team involved and everyone sharing ideas is creating some amazing guitars,” said Paul Decker, owner of Music Villa, Boseman, Mont. “The first run is a huge success, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.”
