On October 20, NAMM will host representatives from President Trump’s and Vice President Biden’s presidential campaigns in two separate discussion forums. The forums, moderated by NAMM Director of Public Affairs and Government Affairs Mary L. Luehrsen, will welcome campaign representatives for a discussion about their candidate’s policy and positions on critical issues relevant to NAMM members and the creative and event sectors in the U.S, including expanded COVID relief benefits, independent contractor protections, access to music education and many others.
Industry members, including Chris F. Martin of Martin Guitars, Crystal Morris of Gator Cases and Robin Walenta of West Music, will also ask questions. The invitation to participate was extended to candidates or their representatives from both campaigns and will be live streamed.
