All Music Inc., of Plainview NY, has recently announced the opening of its new climate-controlled Acoustic Guitar Lounge, which was timed to coincide with the holiday season’s arrival. Located at 397D S. Oyster Bay Rd. in Plainview and featuring products from Larrivee, Gibson, Martin, Taylor, Fender acoustic Custom Shop, Godin, Guild and Seagull, this room makes it comfortable for both the beginner and the accomplished acoustic player to play all types of acoustic guitars in a relaxed, inviting environment.
“As a lifelong player myself, I understand how important it is to actually physically play an instrument before buying it,” remarked Guy Brogna, Owner of All Music. “The reason being that each guitar sounds different, feels different and has its own characteristics that can’t be fully realized if you are purely shopping them online. So, with that in mind, we have gone to great lengths to make sure that, when you make the trip to the store, it’s really worth it and the experience is second to none.”
Recently, All Music has taken other steps to stand out and distinguish itself from chain music stores and schools. And, in fact, many in the media and entertainment world have taken notice. For instance, in recent months, All Music’s students have been the subject of an interview by New York-based ABC 7 News. And, they became the first music school to play on the field of a professional baseball team when the New York Mets hosted them at Citifield in September. With great products and service, All Music has once again been nominated as Best Musical Instrument Shop on Long Island, as well.
