EarthQuaker Devices’ Park Fuzz Sound is a collaboration between the newly resurrected Park Amplifier company and EarthQuaker. It’s a faithful recreation of the original vintage germanium fuzz with several improvements to bring it up to modern standards, while retaining the same searing tone. Hand-matched germanium transistors, high-quality metal film resistors and caps were used to reduce noise, and the smaller footprint, along with an internally regulated DC power jack, has made it pedal board friendly for the modern player.
