The Music Group completed its two newest Customer CARE Centers, situated in Las Vegas NV and Kidderminster, UK. Equipped with the latest in diagnostics and repair equipment, and staffed by 65 skilled and motivated employees, these centers are offering rapid turnaround with genuine parts and factory-certified technicians for all Music Group brands, including Behringer, Bugera, Midas, Klark Teknik and Turbosound. “Two years ago, we launched a massive audit of our customer CARE systems and determined that the best way to ensure a superior customer experience was to bring product repair in-house,” said company Founder and CEO Uli Behringer. “With one of the lowest defect rates in the industry, it only made sense to deliver after-sale repair and parts supply directly to our end users, so as to ensure the best possible experience with our products.”
