St. Blues presents the 30th Anniversary Bluescaster, with only 14 to be built. Specs: double cutaway Bluesmaster body in alder; 25.5-inch neck scale length with maple/maple or maple/pau ferro fingerboards; finished in pearl white nitro-cellulose (pearl signifying 30th anniversary) with tortoise shell binding. Routed for two Lollar mini humbucker pickups (Lollar Firebird in bridge position; Lollar Mini in neck position with a Firebird cover). Features: three-way CRL switch; single volume and tone control, with treble bleed circuit incorporating Bournes Potentiometers; electrosocket jack. This 30th Anniversary Bluescaster is the re-launch of the famed “Joe Walsh” double cutaway Bluescaster, but with a twist. Mini humbuckers were never utilized in the ’80s on these guitars, and St. Blues wanted to do something familiar, yet unique, on these instruments.
