QSC, LLC has been named by the Orange County Register as one of the Top Workplaces in Orange County for the sixth time.
The Orange County Register’s Top Workplaces awards are in their ninth year.
The Register again partnered with Workplace Dynamics LLP to survey employees across the county, who were asked to respond anonymously to 26 statements about their workplace experience and the leadership of their companies.
Company rankings are based on employees’ responses to these statements on a seven-point scale. A numerical value was attached to each statement, allowing Workplace Dynamics to create an overall score for each company.
