Overview: TKL’s Expanded Banjo Case Offerings
Specifics: TKL Products Corp. has unveiled improvements and
expansions to its banjo case offerings. Reacting to the growing trend for banjo players to use collapsible or folding banjo stands, TKL redesigned the inner compartment of the Concept 2.9 8740 resonator banjo case to be able to fit some of the current most popular stands. A lightweight molded case, the Concept 2.9 8740 also offers good strength. TKL has increased its options in the Concept 2.9 series to include the 8742, which is designed to fit openback banjos with a pot of 11 7/8 inches. Although TKL offers openback banjo cases in its Professional and Premier series, this is TKL’s first offering of an openback case in a molded, lightweight format. Openback versions will also be offered in TKL’s molded offerings: the ACF and Burlington series.
