Summer NAMM will host the “Make Music Experience” on June 30, an all-day, all-access pass for the prosumer audience to trial the latest music and pro-audio gear from top manufacturers, delve into career-enhancing education opportunities and network with other music industry insiders. The “Make Music Experience” will replace “Music Industry Day” at the show.
“Think of this day like a festival of musical gear, where you can get your hands on the hottest new products and meet directly with the top brands in the music products and pro audio industries,” stated NAMM.
In addition to music retailers, NAMM will welcome the following during this event.
- Musicians
- Songwriters and enthusiasts
- Studio employees
- Music educators
- Music students
- Music association representatives
- Music technologists
- House of worship representatives
“The Make Music Experience will not only provide access to the show floor for attendees to discover the latest product and accessory trends but will also deliver a variety of free networking events, receptions, educational sessions and focused summits designed to help propel a career in music,” NAMM said.
Topic highlights include songwriting, recording, marketing and public relations, licensing, live sound, house of worship and software development. Music-making circles and product demos will also be available throughout the day for attendees to get hands-on experience with new products and learn new skills.
