The Supervisory Board of Matth. Hohner AG has appointed Clayman Bruce Edwards as a member of the Management Board. He follows Manfred Stöhr, who has left the company. Edwards will mutually conduct business with the long-standing member of the Management Board, Stefan Althoff, and will also serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hohner SA in Semur, France. For the past six years, Edwards has been President of Hohner Inc., the company’s U.S. subsidiary located in Glen Allen VA, as well as member of the board of directors of Shanghai Lansheng Hohner Musical Instruments Co. Ltd., a manufacturing operation located in Shanghai, China. A native of Newport News VA, Edwards earned a BS in Finance and an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia and has an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He is 47 years old.
