Austin Musical Electronics, LLC has purchased ZT Amplifiers. Austin Musical Electronics will do business as ZT Amplifiers and will continue to operate from ZT’s office in Emeryville CA.
Austin Musical Electronics was founded by Austin Gibbons and Michael Kirschmann, both long-time employees and Managers at ZT Amplifiers. Gibbons will oversee operations, product development and engineering and Kirschmann will oversee sales and marketing.
“Our immediate goal is to establish ZT as a reliable supplier, something that was difficult to achieve in the past.” said Gibbons. “The structure and resources of the new company make this possible.”
Kirschmann added, “We will soon announce some exciting developments with regard to both product and distribution. There is a bright future for ZT.”
