To celebrate their 30th anniversary PRS Guitars is hosting a free two-day event this June 5th, featuring a star-studded concert at Rams Head Live in Baltimore MD and an open house at PRS Guitars’ manufacturing facility in Stevensville MD. Attendees to this all-ages concert will be treated to performances by Col. Bruce Hampton & The Aquarium Rescue Unit featuring Jimmy Herring and the Paul Reed Smith Band with Dennis Chambers on drums and Rhonda Smith on bass. A third act will be announced closer to the date. The following day, Saturday, June 6th, PRS will open up the doors to their manufacturing facility in Stevensville MD for guided and self-guided factory tours, the opportunity to see and play all of the 30th Anniversary models, and visit a display of the company’s archives in the new West Street East store. Also, attendees can learn about the extensive PRS line of electric guitars, acoustic guitars and amplifiers.
“I’m extremely proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 30 years,” stated Paul Reed Smith. “The 30th Anniversary Concert and Celebration is designed to share what we’ve done and say thank you to our supporters.”
The 30th Anniversary Concert and Celebration is free to the public with advance registration. Attendance at both the concert and the open house is limited to around 1,500 people, so interested parties are encouraged to sign up now to ensure their spot at these not-to-be-missed celebrations.
