Frank Luppino, Jr., a husband, father and grandfather, died on November 10, having last March reached the milestone of 90. He died peacefully, his immediate family by his side, at Glenbrook Hospital. Luppino was a resident of Glenview IL since 1965 and a longtime parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help parish. He grew up in Watkins Glen NY in the Finger Lakes area, attending Alfred University before serving in the Naval Air Transport in Paris, Morocco and England during World War II. He was a longtime member of the Joseph M. Sesterhenn Post 166 American Legion chapter in Glenview, as well as a participant in similar organizations.

Among his international professional accomplishments, he was the Associate Publisher of Billboard magazine in New York City, and also worked for Seeburg in Chicago and similar music and vending industry companies/publications before directing his own corporation for more than 20 years, serving the entertainment sound and lighting industry.

Luppino is survived by his spouse of 49 years, Bjorg V. Luppino, a native of Drobak, Norway and a former Loyola Academy foreign language instructor; his daughter, Elizabeth F. Daly; and his son Frank (Katherine) Luppino III. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
