C.F. Martin announced its manufacturing and shipping operations were restored as of June 8. The company’s facilities remain closed to the public however. The company issued the following update:

“In early March, all of Martin Guitar’s facilities were mandated by the state of Pennsylvania to close in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We are pleased to share that much of our manufacturing and shipping operations will be restored, as of Monday, June 8, in a phased approach that ensures the safety of all our coworkers. Martin has implemented stringent personal protection and distancing protocols that align with the recommendations of the CDC and PA Department of Health guidelines.

  • Our online store, the 1833 Shop, will begin shipping orders that were placed during the shutdown period, and will process new orders expeditiously. However, shipping may still be delayed.
  • Martin Owners Club welcome kits and renewal kits will also begin processing for shipping.
  • The repair shop and Custom Shop will be processing repair and custom work in the order in which it was received from the period both prior to and during the shutdown. We are unable to intake any new repair work at the factory at this time.

Please be aware that Martin Guitar and all of our facilities remain closed to the public.”
