Alabama-based Capitol Music will move to a new location. The retailer sent the following statement to the Music & Sound Retailer. “After 30 years in the same location; Saturday, October 28th was the last day of business for Capitol Music at the 3834 Harrison Road, Montgomery, Ala., location. A special thanks to everyone that stopped by and took advantage of the liquidation sale. The store is moving to 886 Plantation Way, Montgomery, Ala. The move should be complete and the store is scheduled to open Monday, Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. Be sure to stop by the new location,” said Rudy Abbott, maintainer of Capitol Music email and Facebook.
